Indication

Traditionally used for the relief of headache, dizziness, symptoms of common cold, nasal congestion, discomfort from mild stomach, flatulence, muscular aches, stiffness, minor sprains, insect bites, burns.
Precautions

External use only.
Avoid contact on eyes. Wash hands after use.
Do not apply before entering a sauna or hot bath — can intensify effects and cause burns or irritation.
If severe irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.
Not recommended for children under 6. For toddlers and babies, avoid entirely.
Not to be used on children under 2 years old.
For children aged 2 to 6 years, use under adult supervision and avoid application near the nostrils.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Directions for Use

Clean and dry the affected area before application.
Apply a thin layer of ointment to the area.
Gently massage until absorbed.
Use 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your practitioner.
Wash hands after use.
