Traditionally used for the relief of headache, dizziness, symptoms of common cold, nasal congestion, discomfort from mild stomach, flatulence, muscular aches, stiffness, minor sprains, insect bites, burns.

External use only.
Avoid broken or sensitive skin – Never apply on cuts, broken skin, or bleeding areas.
Avoid near mucous membranes – Do not apply near eyes, mouth, genitals, or inside the nose. Wash hands after use.
Do not apply before entering a sauna or hot bath — can intensify effects and cause burns or irritation.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.
Not recommended for children under 6. For toddlers and babies, avoid entirely.
Not to be used on children under 2 years old.
For children aged 2 to 6 years, use under adult supervision and avoid application near the nostrils.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
